Please note that not all of our items can be collected in-store. If you’re unsure about delivery or have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase. You may receive your order in more than one shipment, depending on where it is shipped from: merch comes direct from the manufacturer, and our Coven Collective is made up of several small businesses.

Where possible, all orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the same day at no extra cost. For orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend, where possible all items will be processed the next working day.

Our standard postage option is a fully tracked delivery using Evri. This is a 48 hour service (from point of dispatch) for UK postcodes and 72 hour service for the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
